- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, home or property address, number of dogs, service frequency, gate and yard access details, dog names, and anything you write in comments.
- Payment information: card details are entered through our billing provider's secure system. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Service records: visit dates, notes, and photos we take during service, such as a photo of your closed gate.
- Basic technical information: our website host automatically logs information like your IP address and browser type to keep the site running and secure.
How we use your information
- To give you a quote and follow up about your quote.
- To schedule, provide, and bill for your service.
- To send service messages, like visit reminders and completion photos.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To send promotional texts or emails, only if you've agreed to receive them.

Text messages
If you check the consent box on our website or otherwise opt in, we may text you about your quote, your service, and offers from Scoop Route.

- Agreeing to receive marketing texts is not required to buy our service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
